Mountain lion killed by runner

The mountain lion was a juvenile. The runner got mauled, but managed to suffocate the lion with his bare hands.
oursin, if you're wondering, this is indeed the park where you and I hiked to the waterfall.

Not because I would not want the trophy, but because the work needed to get it and display it would be more than I'd want to deal with. "Damn it, I survived this, that's enough. I will write it down in my diary and try to get on The Moth main stage."
