garden garden garden
Jul. 29th, 2023 02:14 pmMy life is all garden all the time, well, 50% of the time. I am not in the garden now because today is the first Wiscon Planning Year meeting, and if I go outside, I will lose track of time.
My tiny dog is suddenly very old; he isn't reliably housetrained anymore, so he can't just hang out inside very long, and it's too hot for him to hang out outside for very long. Also if he gets near a step he will fall down it, so I am carrying him up and down the back steps a lot. I suppose I could put a diaper on him but then I would have to clean his butt and honestly, I would rather clean the floors.
I heard that wall sits are the best exercise for high blood pressure, so I'm searching "how to do wall sits with bad knees" and all I find is crap like "Slide your back down the wall and bend your legs at a 45 to 50-degree angle while keeping your core engaged. Avoid sliding down too far. It can put pressure on your kneecaps and cause knee pain." What do you think, "AI" or a human who doesn't know what a 45 degree angle is?
