So I was looking (just looking) at the Adoptable Dogs page and then this happened:


Dutch is not thrilled, but is tolerating the new dog pretty well so far. Dutch's favorite game is to run in big circles while another dog chases her, and she got the new dog to play that game with her in the back yard last night, so I feel optimistic.


Newbie needs a name. Suggestions welcome!

omg new dog! How wonderful.

I heard the name "Rigby" once (for a pet) and thought it was awesome.
My parents have a dog named Sally, and there are a lot of good variations you can do with that, like Salamander and Salligator, so it's a very fun dog name.

Awww, she is a lovely girl. Dutch's FACE! "How could you, this is all your fault." But teaching the new dog to play her game really does sound promising.

You've got a lot of very good dog names suggested already. If I were still six I would call her Butterscotch.
