Trump says protests shouldn't be allowed, and the National Park Service is proposing a rule that would eliminate protests from anywhere Trump might have to see them, including the National Mall.
You can comment on the proposed rule here: https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=NPS-2018-0007-0001
Comments must be received by end of day Monday, October 15, and must include the agency name (National Park Service) and RIN (1024-AE45) for this rulemaking.
My comment is:

The right of the people to peaceably assemble and petition government is so fundamental to the protection of America that American's Founders put it in the First Amendment to the Constitution. It should not be infringed by a President who doesn't care whether he is bad, only whether he looks bad. This proposed rule damages the cultural legacy that the Parks Department claims to be trying to protect. It damages the Constitution. It damages the rights of the American people.
