Please do not add a citizenship question to the 2020 census. That question will cause anyone who has any anxieties about citizenship issues to be less likely to fill out the census. This failure to respond will degrade the accuracy of the census, and cost the Census Bureau significant amounts of money in attempts to get responses from every person in the United States.
The Census Bureau is being asked to sacrifice its own resources and the accuracy of its reason for existing in order to serve someone's political agenda. Please don't.
