1. Go you! Yes, it can be run by just one person all weekend, but ghu knows there are other ways to do it. I wish I were reliable and also good at entertaining kids for a time.

I have a thought for someone I know who's good with kids and might be open to doing a thing (or not; I'd have to ask). Do you want an email conversation, or just here on DW?

Have you considered asking kids/parents what they'd like to see in kids programs? And ask for single-item proposals or something?

Also, a friend had a bin or two of things for making sock puppets, but she'd probably need someone else to run the time slot.
