Date: 2017-01-23 08:32 pm (UTC)Gatorade has potassium, but it's also full of sugar (unless you're getting Gatorade Perform 02, which isn't so very bad), so I'd be careful. Sugar is not so great for helping bodies heal, nor for blood pressure.
I take a .99 mg potassium capsule that's small and easy to swallow, just because I often don't eat the way I ought. These little guys are pretty ubiquitous, brand-wise, so if you can take a supplement that's not prescription, maybe this would work for you?
Edited for: I mean the Low Calorie version of Gatorade Perform 02. The regular has lots of sugar. Really, I'd just stay away from the stuff. :P
