Look at this. This is one of my local art museums. It's world-class museum, and the general collection is free to visit (good for them). But look at the hours!

Tuesday 10 AM–5 PM
Wednesday 10 AM–5 PM
Thursday 10 AM– 5 PM
Friday NOON–8 PM
Saturday 10 AM–5 PM
Sunday NOON–5 PM
Monday Closed

Yeah. That's going to let a lot of people who work retail or other lower-paying shift work visit.
