The University of Chicago Press offers a free e-book every month. This month's is American Girls in Red Russia. I haven't read it but it looks interesting:

OK, I just spent half an hour (or more) perusing the catalog of sale books (now through February). Good prices on good books, if a) I had more money and b) wanted to spend it on books. In coolness, though, I think that I know the illustrator of two of the Kew coloring books, Sue Mason. How cool is that?
