boxofdelightsI don't know why I love it so much when the person on the other end of the phone assumes I'm a man, but I really do.
(I called to ask for tax records to be mailed, the broker asked for the account number, I read it to him; there are two names on the account, and he said, "And is this Neal I'm talking to?")
I hate it when they assume I'm a child, which also happens.
