eggs again

I have twelve hard-boiled eggs that froze in the refrigerator. Google says they're safe to eat, but you probably won't want to. Fridge is set on normal but had probably been working harder than normal because it was over 100 degrees F today.

Also I have bronchitis. Do you know how much I rely on singing to cheer myself up? Neither did I.

Maybe egg salad would disguise any weird texture issues with the previously frozen eggs? I have no idea, but I've definitely had a fridge do things like that on hot days.

So sorry about the bronchitis, and clueless re:eggs.

I would think that frozen eggs would explode out of their shells because of liquid expansion?

Yep! They got just a little bigger, and kept their shape, so when I pulled some of the shell off they looked like pale polished stones.
