Oh my goodness you would not believe how much dog hair I just pulled out of my keyboard. Unless you had ever been in my house. Then you would.

It is so cold in my house that even when I dropped the butter dish, the little dog decided not to leave his warm blanket. The Little Furnace That Could keeps chugging along, but I am afraid of the bitter forecasts for the middle of next week.

The "too cold for butter" must make its way into some rousing urban legend told round a fire with extra mead. Because AFAICT, while dogs do hunt, they're basically LAZY SCAVENGERS.

Sending jumping molecules down the internet your way.

I'm afraid of those, too. It only just got warm here again and is actually supposed to get a bit bitter overnight before the week's out; next week we plunge right back into the 30s at night and I'm 'bout ready to start cursing the fact. Yesterday was like heaven on Earth; not too hot and not too cold (color me Goldilocks). If only it would stay that way. :(
